Splash Screens......or your front page!
We've all done it haven't we? Clicked on the desktop icon to launch FS9 and there is that wonderful picture of the DC-3 and the Wright Flyer and you think.......I'm bored with that picture.
FS9 has been around long enough now, that splash screen creation is nothing new, in fact it was a right fad for a couple of years, and let's face it, it's easy enough to change isn't it? So I've decided to launch my "range" of splash screens for your perusal and use.
I won't do them individually, rather I will pack them in 4-5's so you can build a heady library of front pages for your simulator and change them when you like.
For those who don't know, the splashscreen (dglsplash.bgl) is kept in the UIRES folder of your main FS9 folder.
DON'T FORGET TO BACK-UP THE ORIGINAL!!!!
Just pick the picture you want, rename it to dglsplash.bgl, pop it into your UIRES folder and bob's your uncle.....easy.
